Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period.

What happens if I exceed my lead limit?

Your assistant keeps answering customers it already knows, but new contacts aren't answered until your plan renews or you upgrade. We email you a daily count of messages it couldn't answer. An upgrade takes effect as soon as it's paid.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is needed. Connect WhatsApp, Instagram or your website chat and your assistant replies to real customers straight away. Choose a plan whenever you're ready; if the trial ends without one, the assistant pauses until you do, and your setup and leads are kept.

Can I switch plans?

Absolutely, from your billing page. An upgrade takes effect as soon as it's paid; a downgrade starts at your next renewal date.

Can my assistant take orders and payments?

Yes, on Growth and Pro, wherever your business is. Customers pick from your catalog in the chat, confirm an order summary and pay straight into your own account: Razorpay in India (UPI, card or net banking), Stripe everywhere else. Each plan includes the paid orders a month shown above; extra orders are added to your next bill. You manage and ship orders from the Orders page.

What is the Online store add-on?

Your own store page at your own address, run by your assistant: shoppers browse your products, pay at checkout into your own Razorpay or Stripe account, and track their order, with your assistant on every page. Add Store or Store Plus to Growth or Pro from Online store → Settings in your dashboard. Added mid-month, you pay only the store's share of the days left; from your renewal date it's one combined price. It's free to try during your 7-day trial.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Payments go straight into your own Razorpay or Stripe account. Your plan includes a number of paid orders each month; past that, a small fixed amount per order is added to your next bill, never a percentage.

Will you help me set it up?

Yes, on every plan. Our team helps you connect WhatsApp and Instagram, add your products and business facts, set up your assistant and open your store. Ask from your dashboard or message us, and if your setup gets stuck we'll reach out first.

Can leads go into my CRM?

Yes, on Growth and Pro. Connect Zoho CRM and every ready lead becomes a Zoho Lead with the details your assistant collected, either automatically or when you click “Send to Zoho”. It stays updated in Zoho whenever the lead changes.

Can I choose what the AI asks my customers?

Yes, on every plan. For each detail (name, budget, size, address…) you choose whether it's only saved when the customer mentions it, asked when needed, asked just before your team takes over, or asked only for an order or booking. Nobody gets a questionnaire unless you want one.

Can it just answer questions, without collecting leads?

Yes. Set its goal to “Answer questions” and turn lead capture off. It answers from your business knowledge and catalog, and never asks for personal details. Leads only count towards your plan when your assistant saves them.

Can my team take over a chat?

Any time. The assistant hands over when a customer asks for a person, complains, or asks something it can't answer, and alerts you. Reply from the Conversations inbox or the WhatsApp Business app, and the AI steps back. You can also pause the AI for everyone with one switch.
