What happens after you sign up
Signing up takes about a minute, and you can start setting up straight away.
1. Create your account
At respondly.com/signup, you'll enter:
- Your business name
- Your country (this determines your currency when you choose a plan)
- Your email and a password
No card and no plan needed: every account starts on a 7-day free trial with everything switched on.
2. Set up your assistant
You land in a short setup guide:
- Business profile: confirm your business name and address
- Starting template: pick one from 20+ industries, or describe your own business
- Your AI assistant (optional): in the Assistant Studio, choose its job (capture leads, take orders, or answer questions) and which details it may ask for. Try it in the test chat, then publish
- Products & services (optional): add a few listings so the assistant can recommend real items
3. Go live
The last step is connecting WhatsApp or Instagram, the only one that needs a couple of minutes and your phone in hand (see the full walkthrough →). As soon as a channel is connected, your assistant replies to every message instantly. You'll see every conversation in your dashboard, and get notified when a customer needs a person or a lead is ready.
Most businesses are fully set up in under 15 minutes.
4. Choose a plan when you're ready
Open Billing any time during the trial to choose a plan. If the trial ends without one, the assistant pauses until you choose; your setup, leads and conversations are kept. See How pricing & the free trial work.
